Reasons and Consequences of doing a job you hate and have no talent for

Many people go through life doing work that they hate or have no talent for
Why does this happen ?? What are the consequences of this situation ??

Life is unpredictable. Most of the time, individuals have complain about their workplace and tougher times in life. A number of people does a job which they don't like or have no skills required for such job. It is important to know what are the reasons behind this happening and its consequences in their life.

Many times in spite of hating their jobs and having no skills, most of the individuals in their life continue doing it because of various reasons. First reason could be financial difficulties in life. Some job offers high salary than the desired job. Due to increased rate of inflation, prices of commodities are very high. Individuals find it difficult to survive without a good income. Hence, they continue with such job.

Second reason can be counted as Family pressure. Sometimes family pressurizes to continue with the current job. For instance, Family pressure to continue a government job due to its status and prestige in the society. Even if an individual has no liking and is unsatisfied with such job, he keeps on doing it under undue family influence.
There are many consequences that an individual faces if he finds himself stuck in the mud. One of the issue can be seen in mood and behavioral pattern. At times he is frustrated and has negative thoughts in his mind. Most people may see him as a 'Complaint Box'.

Another issue can be noticed having unhealthy relations with family. He tends to have an unfriendly relations with his family which may raise dispute in his marriage life as well. To add more, an unsatisfied job can never yield fruitfulness.

Concluding the above mentioned points on people doing unsatisfied work in spite of no interest and talent, we can sum up that an individual must find alternative ways to maintain a balance between living daily life and having a happy workplace which would lead a happy life in the long run. In my opinion, an individual must knack for what he is passionate about in his life.
