Do you appreciate your HR ???

People come to the HR profession for a variety of reasons and from a number of different backgrounds. From CEOs and board directors to generalists and students, every HR professional not only has walked a unique career path but also has a unique perspective on HR.

The International Human Resources (HR) Day is celebrated on 20 May. This year, all over the world, professionals and organisations observed the second annual International Human Resources Day.

The World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) has designated "HR Shaping the New Future" as the 2021 theme for International HR Day.

Alike other employees, HR is also an employee, their work is mostly aligned with management's decision

Starting from recruitment the HR person who called you up, set you up for the interview so that you can grab that opportunity.

The first person to be happy with your selection is your HR because your success is their success as well.

HR is not an as easy profession as people think, we have to be a mediator between management & employees and pass decisions from management to employees, be it happy or harsh. They indirectly report to many people.

No matter how their day goes, they keep a smile on their face for the engagement activities and seeing other participate and win is their satisfaction.

''People are the key to success or extraordinary success'' - Azim Premji
