Many people go through life doing work that they hate or have no talent for Why does this happen ?? What are the consequences of this situation ?? Life is unpredictable. Most of the time, individuals have complain about their workplace and tougher times in life. A number of people does a job which they don't like or have no skills required for such job. It is important to know what are the reasons behind this happening and its consequences in their life. Many times in spite of hating their jobs and having no skills, most of the individuals in their life continue doing it because of various reasons. Some people think that job satisfaction is more important than job security. Other think that people cannot expect to enjoy a job and having a permanent job is more important. Nowadays increased individualism and its practices are prevailing all over the world. The world stands polarized into two contrasting perspectives where one group of  mankind believes that job gratification is very essential than a stable job, while another group believes that a stable job is more essential than a satisfied job.
